I was 22, and my buddy Tom and I decided to get tattoos.
I wanted something simple — my favorite quote. The tattoo artist asked, “Are you sure about the spelling?” I said, “Of course!”
Well… I wasn’t sure.
Turns out, I misspelled my own quote. Instead of “Live and Learn,” my tattoo said, “Live and Lern.”
Tom laughed so hard, he couldn’t breathe.
I ended up fixing it later, but that embarrassing moment? I’ll never forget it.
