How I became something I didn't plan on becoming !

How I became something I didn't plan on becoming !

When I was younger, I always dreamed of becoming someone great. I was attracted to big ambitions: to be a successful entrepreneur, to come up with something new, to launch a startup that will change the world. I already imagined sitting at a big table discussing the company's development strategies with people in suits. And everything went according to plan — I studied, worked, and was already beginning to have some success. But, as is often the case, life has its own plans. One day I received an offer from an old friend who had recently opened a coffee shop in the city center. He was looking for someone who could help him with marketing, and decided to contact me. I shrugged at first — I wasn't going to work in a coffee shop, it's definitely not what I imagined as a "successful" job. Surprisingly, however, I agreed. I was interested in the idea itself — a new experience and the opportunity to change direction. The first thing I realized was that this job was completely different from what I imagined. Instead of sitting in the office, I was among people, communicating with regular customers and, most importantly, creating an atmosphere that had an impact on people's mood.Over time, I began to attract new ideas for the development of coffee shops, organized small events, mini-concerts, and literary evenings. I really enjoyed seeing how changes in the atmosphere and approach to service change the perception of customers of the institution.Interestingly, I didn't become a big businessman and didn't Get million-dollar contracts, but I realized that success can be in other aspects. I became something I didn't plan on becoming — a person who is not only engaged in business, but also creating something real that can be shared with others. I stopped seeing success as a financial result and began to appreciate more the human moments, emotions and atmosphere that can be created. It changed my outlook on life, and now I don't regret my choice. Sometimes being someone you didn't plan on becoming isn't so bad.
