One morning I was rushing to work. Without realizing it, I grabbed two different shoes in the dimly lit hallway. It wasn't until the middle of an important meeting that I noticed that I was wearing black loafers and brown sneakers. My boss, noticing my predicament, joked,"This is one way to solve all problems." I spent the rest of the day listening to colleagues ' jokes and eventually came to terms with the chaos, calling it a "haute couture innovation," lol. Now I will always be more attentive, haha.
