Today I gave a beautiful designer umbrella with a painting to a nice 60 woman for her birthday
We live in a city where it rains like London... and it was supposed to be
nice gift.
I give, I say that I wish you health, strength to live for your own pleasure, and so on, 
And she says - Katya, thank you, it will be good
take care of my health because my wrists are inflamed and I don't wear umbrellas because of the pain in my hands...
I didn't know this, and there wasn't another shocking discovery about what happens to women after 50 - 60 years, and to someone before...
And I thought once again how important it is to do physical activity and work on preventing inflammation, diseases, giving life to the body and joints... how important it is to...
So that at 60 + you can just hold an umbrella without pain in your wrists...
