Love across the ocean I registered on an international dating site just out of curiosity. It was around 2022...the end. I'm from New York, a successful architect, I didn't expect anything special, just to pass the lonely evenings...the kids are grown... I've been divorced for a long time. But a couple days later, Lena from Kyiv  wrote to me.  We started corresponding and it turned out that we have so much in common!  We both love jazz, traveling and evening walks.  Every day our communication became warmer and more sincere.  After months of communication, I realized that I wanted to meet her in real life.  It was like a magnet pulling me to her. The tickets were bought the same day.  Our first date was right at the airport  she came with flowers and a big smile, and I immediately felt that I had found “the one”.  We spent a week exploring Kiev, laughing and enjoying every moment.  Six months later Lena moved to the USA with me, and now we live together in a cozy apartment in Brooklyn, enjoying every day of our new life. Love comes unexpectedly...and even distance is not an obstacle! If both want to be happy!
