Navigating Conflict

Conflicts are an integral part of my life. They arise so often that every day becomes like a fight. Whether it's with my wife because of a misunderstanding, or with my boss because of work issues.
Lately, there have been especially many arguments at work. Every day is a new conflict, a new quarrel. Sometimes I just want to pack my things and leave. But I understand that conflicts are a part of life. Sometimes they teach, help me understand myself and others better. And although it's not easy, I tried to look at them as an opportunity to solve problems and rise higher. I know how to skillfully control my emotions during a conflict, avoid offensive statements and focus on finding a solution to the problem, rather than maintaining the conflict.
Driving helps me control my emotions.
